Training update

Monday 25th May
So, my training is continuing, I've covered 85 miles in the last 13 days (an average of 6.5 miles per day), which is clearly not enough for the June challenge (where I'll need to average 10 miles per day). So I need to push myself quite a lot more! It would be a lot easier but for all the hills around here...

However, I am really enjoying the cycling :)

Well, I've started my training for June, one week in and feeling good. I've covered about 50 miles in the first week so I need to increase that weekly target for the actual challenge.
