Cycle 300 Miles in June

I'm taking on the Cycle 300 Miles in June Challenge

Did you know that 1 in 8 men in the UK will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime?

I’m taking on the Cycle 300 Miles in June Challenge for PCR to change this and help make a difference to men and their families who have been affected by prostate cancer.

Please support me during this challenge by donating what you can to Prostate Cancer Research. Every donation you make helps advance our mission to create a world free from the impact of prostate cancer.

Thank you for your support! 💙🧡

Saturday 23rd May
That was harder than I thought! Thinking I could get back on the bike after a few years and expect my fitness to be the same!!
Key learnings:
1. Eat and drink properly especially on a day like today
2. Check my clip on cycle shoes as they were old and didn’t unclip when I stopped!
3. My new padded cycle shorts are not up to standard!!
4. It’s going to be hard but nothing compared to what people with prostate cancer go through mentally and physically every day
❤️
