Why we are running!
Thursday 1st Oct50 Miles for Dad 💙
We are Mark and Laura, a brother and sister duo from Aberdeenshire! This month we are taking on a challenge to fundraise for a cause that means a lot to both of us — we will be running 50 miles each to raise money for prostate cancer research.
Just over two years ago, our dad was unfortunately diagnosed with prostate cancer. This news is something you can never fully prepare for and it has had a huge impact on all of our family.Â
Thankfully, our dad, Dougie has shown incredible strength and positivity throughout it all, and we wanted to do something to support him and help raise awareness and money for such an important cause. He really does inspire all of us.Â
Every donation, no matter how big or small, would mean so much to us. Your support will help raise money towards prostate cancer research, awareness and support for men and their families going through it.
