Prostate cancer has surpassed breast cancer as the most commonly diagnosed individual cancer type in England.Ā RecentĀ NHSIām taking on the Walk 100 Miles in September Challenge for Prostate Cancer Research to change this and help make a difference to men and their families who have been affected by prostate cancer.

Wednesday 30th SepThis month I took on the Walk 100 Miles Challenge this September for Prostate Cancer Research š¶Ā
When I started, I didnāt ask for sponsorship because I didnāt know how my knee would hold up going out for a 3-4 mile walkĀ every single dayš¤·Ā
Anyway, Iāve now completed the challenge and didnāt miss a day rain or shine šĀ
