Some of you may know my dad has recently suffered with prostrate cancer and had an operation which was all successful. He is lucky and has had great care and I want to help where I can to continue the help and support to those that go through this battle. 
I will be running a half marathon in September and I will continue to run or walk the rest of the miles as and when I can. Please support if you can and I will endeavour to complete this challenge to support future treatment and care.
