Just over a third of the way through and on target

So far, so good! 

I am just over a third of the way through the month of October on my sponsored run for Prostate Cancer Research. I am around 67 miles in of my 150 miles target.  As long as I have no injuries (touch wood) and good (or ok-ish) weather I should be fine. Donations are good but I could always do with me! 

Glad to see so many others are doing this sponsored monthly run as well. Go for it!

Looking forward to running for this worthy charity in October. 
I already volunteer for three charities so in some ways this will be the fourth.

I hope that in October I can go beyond the 50 miles and achieve around 150 miles (241 kilometers)
