I can’t thank you all enough for your generous support when I know times are tough. It really does mean so much to me xx Final push to get as many miles in as I can this weekend before the clocks change & my inspiration for doing this challenge needs my support 💙💙💙

What on earth possessed me to do this?

Right, I’m 50, overweight again & have a really bad neck & shoulder injury. I’m also about live it large in Las Vegas for 10 nights. 

I was going to do Sober October but thought this might be better - although I will still try… 

I will do this alongside the Couch to 5k which I’ve done before I got my injury. This will be a serious challenge for me 🤣🤣
