Saturday 10th Oct After almost 25 years of not doing any exercise I woke up one day and thought why!! Why am I not doing anything to better myself. George and myself had a little discussion and decided to book mud runner in 2027. Thinking I need to make sure I can run the hole distance along came this challenge for such a great cause. The start of the journey has been difficult but I know with all my friends support it will get easier and in the long haul I will feel better for it.
