I'm taking on the Run 50 Miles in October Challenge

Did you know that 1 in 8 men in the UK will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime?

I’m taking on the Run 50 Miles in October Challenge for Prostate Cancer Research to change this and help make a difference to men and their families who have been affected by prostate cancer.

Please support me during this challenge by donating what you can to Prostate Cancer Research. Every donation you make helps advance our mission to create a world free from the impact of prostate cancer.

Thank you for your support! 💙🧡

50 Miles in October – A Challenge for a Cause 💙

This October, I’m taking on the challenge of running 50 miles to raise money and awareness for Prostate Cancer.

For me, this challenge is about more than just the miles.

One thing I’ve always struggled with is starting something with all the enthusiasm in the world, only to lose momentum and never quite finish it. I have plenty of ideas, plenty of good intentions, but seeing things through to the end has never been my strongest point.

This time, I’m determined to change that.

50 miles might not sound like much to some, but for me, it’s a personal challenge. It’s about showing up, pushing through the days when I don’t feel like it, and proving to myself that I can finish what I start.

And what better motivation than doing it for a cause that affects so many men and their families?

1 in 8 men will get prostate cancer in their lifetime. That’s our dads, brothers, husbands, mates and sons.

So throughout October, I’ll be getting my trainers on, clocking up the miles and sharing my progress along the way.

There will probably be some tough days, some sore legs and a few excuses I’ll have to ignore, but I’m determined to cross that 50-mile finish line.

If you can spare a few pounds to support me, I’d be incredibly grateful. Every donation, no matter how small, will help make a difference.

50 miles. 31 days. One very determined bloke.

This time, I’m finishing what I started. 💙
