Monday night Run No.6
Monday 12th Oct The running is going well I think, run number 6 on the treadmill tonight so I put a little extra in as I never had any hills to compete with, anyway regardless I still ran my run! Another 4 miles in the bank towards my 50 miles in October 🙌🏼 Share
4th Run Tonight
Wednesday 7th Oct I started this running journey last Thursday (1st October) with 2 things in mind, spread awareness and raise some cash to help research one of the biggest killers in men, I have personally known guys that have had prostate cancer, some have survived and some haven’t 😢 today was run number 4 and I’ll be honest, after a hard day at work I couldn’t be bothered, in that moment my friend Jim popped into my head, we lost him earlier this year so I got my act together and popped on them running shoes, this is not about me but everyone else, I feel proud that I have the opportunity to contribute 💪🏼 ShareThank you to my Sponsors
