I'm taking on the Run 50 Miles in October Challenge
Did you know that 1 in 8 men in the UK will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime?I’m taking on the Run 50 Miles in October Challenge for Prostate Cancer Research to change this and help make a difference to men and their families who have been affected by prostate cancer.
Please support me during this challenge by donating what you can to Prostate Cancer Research. Every donation you make helps advance our mission to create a world free from the impact of prostate cancer.
Thank you for your support! 💙🧡

Let's beat prostate cancer
Monday 28th Sep Luckily I get the opportunity to get out and about, something I've enjoyed doing all my life. I'm sure it's what keeps my sanity. It's easy to find excuses not to do something so I've challenged myself over the last fifteen months to get and stay fit. I've managed it, I'm fitter both mentally and physically losing weight slowly but surely along the way. All is good you may say but serious illness and cancer can affect so many people regardless of their health and lifestyle just when you think you're winning in life.Â
Everyone knows someone that has, recovered from or sadly died from cancer but it doesn't have to be inevitable, people out there are working hard every day to try to beat cancer and they deserve our support. They need the funds to work towards a breakthrough, indeed their work has already saved many lives and they are driven to save more so I urge you to support me to support them in any way you can. Donate to the cause, every penny counts.Â
For me fifty miles in a month walking, hiking, running is achievable so my personal challenge is to complete the distance in one week and I will donate an extra £5 for every day extra it takes me.Â
Keep checking my progress!Â
