Hi i would to introduce myself my name is Ryan i am 53 years old . 
The reason for my focus on running the 50k run is to spread awareness on how its important it is to know about prostate cancer . I was luckily enough to be made aware of the easy steps to follow in my 30's from a friend . I want to be apart of showing men its ok to have open conversations about mens health and highlighting how early diagnosis significantly improves survial rates on savings lives.
