I'm taking on the Run 50 Miles in October Challenge
Did you know that 1 in 8 men in the UK will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime?I’m taking on the Run 50 Miles in October Challenge for Prostate Cancer Research to change this and help make a difference to men and their families who have been affected by prostate cancer.
For those that know me, running is not my thing. My body isnt built for it, not long distances anyway. Leave me in the weight section of the gym all day and ill be happy, so this will definitely put my body through its paces. No doubt it will be cursing me for doing so! Please support me during this challenge by donating what you can to Prostate Cancer Research.
