Saturday 31st Oct Just ran 3.4 milesā¦ have signed up to a 10kā¦ and not worried about it at all! Not quite sure whatās happened to me! Completed the 50 miles a few days ago and for those not on Facebook. Thank you so so much for sponsoring me, helping me exceed the target so much! It wasnāt easy to fit in in between stormy weather, first grandbaby being born and visiting up north, little legs arriving here and Ā day to day life, but I ran it and we raised it so thank you so very much xx Share
Mistake!
Sunday 18th Oct This was a mistake! I wanted to sign up something like a walk/run/cycle/swim 50km challenge...:I Ā have never done any challenge before. By mistake signed up for 50 miles then nearly fainted when realised how many km that is! Anyway my dad, like many, had prostate cancer, so when i saw the Facebook page I thought why not! So here I am, two years ago I couldnāt run for a 60 seconds. I completed couch to 5k and carried on, no matter the weather. Iāve never asked for any donation to charity beforeā¦ and Iām getting on a bit now! Please please if you can donate a little I would be so grateful as itās a brilliant cause.
