I'm taking on the Run 50 Miles in October Challenge
Did you know that 1 in 8 men in the UK will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime?I’m taking on the Run 50 Miles in October Challenge for Prostate Cancer Research to change this and help make a difference to men and their families who have been affected by prostate cancer.
I’ve not been running for many years so this is a big personal challenge for me.

Wednesday 28th Oct 4 mile run in the dark after work - a bit hard going after a 4 miler yesterday but pleased to be almost at my target. 48/50 miles completed. It’s been a long slog but I have definitely got the running bug again! Share
