I'm taking on the Run 50 Miles in October Challenge
Did you know that 1 in 8 men in the UK will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime?I’m taking on the Run 50 Miles in October Challenge for Prostate Cancer Research to change this and help make a difference to men and their families who have been affected by prostate cancer.
The run is over 19 days throughout the month of October, they’re not particularly long, the first being 1.5 mile and the last 4 mile, now that’s pretty easy for a 70 year old, so I’ll be running with a 30lb day sack just to make it more of a challenge and earn the donations you good people are pledging.
