Half way update
Thursday 15th Oct Not sure if anyone reads this but here is my half way update. Started October in Prague so slow off the mark. Then spent 6 days in Spain on a boozy trip, so the first 15 days have been truncated. Still 23 miles completed so happy with progress. From couch to 5K 18 months ago to consistently able to run 3miles a day! ShareThank you to my Sponsors
