Running 50 miles in October for Prostate Cancer Research

Hi, Jared here 

Just wanted to politely welcome everyone. 
Anyone who could support me in this challenge I’m taking on it would be greatly appreciated🙏🏻❤️ 

Firstly I was wanting to get fit and start training again so I thought 50 miles to run in the month of October for prostate cancer is a great way for me to start and push myself on. There is set days and set miles to run for each day for and it’s all for a great cause. I will post updates each day I’m running and anyone who could kindly donate even if a little amount helps so much. I want to smash the 50 miles and raise  £150 or more by end of October and receive a medal at the end for reaching over £150 🏅if not it’s okay😊 but I want to try smash this out the park let’s do this guys😊🏃💪🏻
