I'm taking on the Run 50 Miles in October Challenge

I've never ran in my life other than in a park for fun, so this will be an eye opener for me 🤦🏻‍♂️

Did you know that 1 in 8 men in the UK will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime?

I’m taking on the Run 50 Miles in October Challenge for Prostate Cancer Research to change this and help make a difference to men and their families who have been affected by prostate cancer.

Two members of my family and countless friends have been diagnosed with this horrible disease. I'm not looking for large donations, just small amounts from many has the same results.
