Saturday 3rd Oct
Learn a lot for my first run. Didn’t set off as fast and managed to be more consistent, Which led to a new 5K PB and the longest run I’ve done. 8.5 miles down only 41.5 miles to go

Felt good to get out and finally start the challenge. Long way to go, but I’m looking forward to it

With only 9 days to go before the challenge starts, I thought I’d better get out there and dust off the cobwebs 😂.

Why I decided to do this

Both my father and father-in-law have been affected by this in the past year and recently so has my uncle, so this cause is incredibly close to my heart.


I am by no way the fittest person in the world by a long way, but I will pound the pavement no matter the weather to make sure I reach my goal
