I'm taking on the Run 50 Miles in October Challenge

Did you know that 1 in 8 men in the UK will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime?

I’m taking on the Run 50 Miles in October Challenge for Prostate Cancer Research to change this and help make a difference to men and their families who have been affected by prostate cancer.

Over the last 2 years my cousin has been impacted by prostate cancer. Whilst identified early, and suitably treated, it’s been a very tough time for him and his family. Ā He’s still very much in a slow & steady recovery phase but with, all being well, a positive outcome.Ā

Further research will help early identification and treatment. As such, I’m really keen to support Prostate Cancer Research with this challenge and hoping my dodgy knee & hip will hold up!Ā

Please support me during this challenge by donating what you can, however small, to Prostate Cancer Research. Every donation you make helps advance our mission to create a world free from the impact of prostate cancer.

Thank you for reading this and for your support! šŸ’™šŸ§”
