Why I’m Running 50 Miles This October 💙
Saturday 3rd OctThis October, I’m taking on a personal challenge: running 50 miles to support Prostate Cancer Research.
I wanted to do something that would push me physically, while also helping raise awareness and funds for an important cause. Prostate cancer affects so many men and their families, and research is vital for improving early detection, treatment and outcomes.
50 miles is going to be a challenge! There will be days when I feel energetic and days when getting out for a run will be much harder. But every mile will remind me why I started.
