Friday 18th SepThis October, I’m taking on a personal challenge to run 50 miles throughout the month to raise awareness and support for prostate cancer.
It’s going to be a challenge, but every mile will be worth it knowing that I’m helping shine a light on a disease that affects so many men and their families.
I’ll be running, sweating, and probably questioning my life choices along the way — but hopefully inspiring a few others to get involved too!
