Well, here we are in not so sunny Santorini. Yes, it's actually raining and thundering. The local farmers must be overjoyed 🤣🤣🤣. 

Anyway, it's 4 days until I begin the 50 miles in October challenge in aid of Prostate Cancer UK. I can't imagine that all this Santorini food and drink is likely to help the cause. 

But, come Thursday, I'll be putting my best foot forward and then I'll put my second best foot forward and so on a few thousand times until we're done. 

So if you could have a rummage around the back of the sofa and if you've got a few spare coins that you could drop into my sponsorship pot, I'd be eternally grateful and maybe together we can go some way to fighting this dreadful disease on behalf of all men. 

I'll post updates along the way. 

BTW, if anyone has some spare ligament, I'd be grateful 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
