I'm taking on the Run 50 Miles in October Challenge
Did you know that 1 in 8 men in the UK will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime?This is very personal to me so I’m taking on the Run 50 Miles in October Challenge for Prostate Cancer Research to change this and help make a difference to men and their families who have been affected by prostate cancer.

First go at Trail running
Sunday 4th Oct Day 4 of the challenge and out on my second run. I’m away on holiday in Minorca and the only viable running route is along the coastal path so as a rust I’ve now had a go at trail running and it was fantastic. Only ever done road running before. I can see me doing much more off road now. Slower pace bye to foot placement concentration but much more challenging and enjoyable. The scenery is much better too. ShareThank you to my Sponsors
