5k a day for the whole of October

Hi all. 

This month I aim to walk (sometimes jog) 5k a day throughout October in aid of prostate cancer. Aswell as trying to get myself in a bit more better shape I thought let's try and raise money whilst doing so. Cancer is a horrible disease and if I can help to try and combat it in anyway then I will. Knowing people who are going through treatment for cancer right this minute along with a few I know of who have had prostate cancer over the years it was a no brainer to help. 

So if you normally pop and get a coffee on the way to work in the morning, how about that £4 you would normally spend goes towards helping me complete this challenge. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
