Thursday 29th Oct Last push this week, new running shoes and combination of running and walking has helped. Never thought I’d get this far and with so many donations, Thankyou Share
Knackered knees!!
Monday 19th Oct 1 week off, knees were not happy, think I pushed too hard first week. Back on it now trying couch to 5k method see if that helps Share

Sunday 11th Oct 25miles in, my knee is still in bits so 2-3 days rest unfortunately. Donations have been totally mind blowing, thankyou everyone Share
