22miles done so far! I am hoping to get 25 by Friday which would mean I am halfway there! Started doing slightly longer runs (short walks now and again) but I am getting there! 


I also received my PCR medal for fundraising I can’t thank each and every one of you who have donated or even just looked at thought about it enough! 


  • Just remember 1 in 8 men will face this cancer
  • 12000 people each year die from it
  • 64000 men every year diagnosed

Why am I doing this

More to just raise awareness! 1 in 8 men will suffer from Prostate cancer! That could be anybody your dad, your grandad, your best friend! 

1 in 8…..

I have never really done a challenge and I have never run 50miles in a month! But this October I am taking the challenge! I wasn’t sure about asking for sponsorship and don’t feel obliged to donate! But if somebody see’s this and it remotely helps a little bit then that’s the aim!
