Prostate Cancer Run Challenge
Sunday 13th SepThroughout October, I’m taking on a challenge to run at least 50 miles to raise money for prostate cancer research and support.
This cause is very personal to me. My dad lost his life to prostate cancer, and sadly he wasn’t the only one in our family. Other relatives have also been affected by this disease. Like so many families, we’ve seen first-hand the impact it can have on the people we love.
I’m pretty much a fair weather jogger and occasional park runner - this will be a much bigger challenge, but every mile will be dedicated to those we’ve lost, those currently fighting, and future generations who may benefit from better treatments, earlier diagnosis, and hopefully one day a cure.
If you are able to support my fundraising efforts, I would be incredibly grateful. No donation is too small, and every contribution will help raise awareness and support the vital work being done to tackle prostate cancer.
