💙 50 MILES IN OCTOBER FOR PROSTATE CANCER 💙

This October, I've taken on the challenge of running 50 miles to improve my fitness, push myself out of my comfort zone, and, most importantly, raise awareness and support for prostate cancer.

This cause is particularly close to home because my partner's grandad (Wink) has been diagnosed with prostate cancer. ❤️

I wanted to do something positive that would challenge me personally while also supporting a cause that affects so many men and their families.

Prostate cancer can have a huge impact not just on the person diagnosed, but on everyone who loves and supports them. That's why raising awareness, encouraging men to get checked, and supporting those affected is so important.

Every mile has been about more than just getting fitter. It's about showing support, raising awareness, and doing my little bit for a cause that means something to us.

If sharing this helps even one person become more aware of prostate cancer or encourages someone to get checked, then every mile has been worth it. 💙
