🏃‍♂️ Day 1 of my 50-Mile October Challenge! 💙

Monday 5th Oct

Today, 2nd October, I officially started my 50-mile challenge for Prostate Cancer Research UK.

I completed 4.8 miles today — one step at a time, one mile at a time. 💪

My goal this month is to complete 50 miles and raise £150 to support prostate cancer research. Every mile I do and every donation made will help support research that could make a real difference to men and their families.

And yes… there’s a medal waiting for me at the end! 🥇😄

This is only Day 1, but I'm ready for the challenge. Let's see if I can make it all the way to 50 miles! 🔥

# 🏃‍♂️ Summer Victory & The Next Big Challenge for Prostate Cancer UK! 🏅 I am so excited to share a special moment with all of you wonderful, kind people today! ❤️ I’m uploading this photo from the **Phoenix Running Event** in Manchester from this past summer. ☀️👟 Running a full event in the UK during the summer was one of my biggest dreams, and crossing that finish line was a huge personal victory for me! 🎉✨ But the journey doesn't stop here—I'm taking this momentum into my next big goal! This October, I am taking on the **50 Miles in October Challenge** to raise funds and awareness for **Prostate Cancer Research UK** 💙.
