Me running 50 Miles in October, sponsored lunacy for charity!

This is for those who have been diagnosed and I hope they can prevent it before it's our turn ! 

I hate running but it's better than a doctor in your rectum. 

1 in 8 men in the UK will be diagnosed with Prostate cancer.

Better a hundred £1 donations than feeling put off by not wanting to give a small donation! Every penny helps and perhaps I'll loose a pound or two in the running.
