I'm taking on the Run 50 Miles in October Challenge
Did you know that 1 in 8 men in the UK will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime? One of those was my dad who, unfortunately, lost his battle in 2021.I’m taking on the Run 50 Miles in October Challenge for Prostate Cancer Research to change this and help make a difference to men and their families who have been affected by prostate cancer.

Final training session
Tuesday 29th Sep Yesterday was my final training session before commencing the challenge. Managed 9km (5.5 miles) in just under an hour. Now for a couple of rest days before I kick off on the 1st.
